During the last weeks I had several dreams and visions showing me that things will rapidly change and shift now. At the same time I got quite some information on a possible Pole shift from many different people. Most were in German, but there is some in English too.

June 26 Eclipse

The stars now set the stage toward Saturday’s partial lunar eclipse (June 26). This lunar eclipse rises over North and South America, and sets over Australia and Asia. The greatest visibility will occur in the (South) Pacific Ocean, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan. The total duration of this eclipse is just under 3 hours. Note that the effects of eclipses are always strongest where they actually occur. (Those in western North and South America get to see more of the eclipse than eastern dwellers do.) If they do not directly aspect your chart, they can come and go with little impact. (If you don’t know whether or not they are, it’s time for a reading!)

When a Lunar Eclipse occurs, our personal and private life journey can “pivot on a dime”, but noting that the Capricorn/Cancer axis is featured, we are also like to see social, political, economic, geo-physical events of significance too. (In other words, this particular eclipse could take on the eventfulness usually associated with a solar eclipse.) This eclipse is also part of a metonic cycle. Think back to June 26, 1991. This evolutionary cycle has now ended. The occurrences of the here and now will shape the next 19 year evolutionary mandate, taking us all the way to June 2029.

We can be taken by surprise, but in reality, a lunar eclipse brings the already building undercurrents to the surface where we are forced to address them. It can reveal circumstances and relationship issues that we may have had a feeling about but have so far ignored, downplayed, avoided, etc. The Lunar eclipse across the Cancer/Capricorn axis can hit below the belt of our emotional, physical, and material security. It is important not to get caught up in the tailwinds of surprise, or to waste energy on denial or blame. See your reality for what it actually is, and use the confronting moment to reposition to higher and more productive ground. Stonewalling, overcompensating, or rationalizing it all away will not do you justice.

Capricorn is an archetype that corresponds to endings, mortality, time-spans, and reality itself. When the cardinal (action-oriented) Cancer/Capricorn polarity is ignited, we come face to face with the consequences of our past. Progressively from here, we will start to identify with the rhythm of the metronome’s new beat.

While the above can sound alarming, eclipses can be positive catalysts too. The lunar eclipse could bring your life’s circumstances to a long-sought after mountain’s peak. It can a potent time of circumstantial ripening, one of significant achievement and rewarding actualization.

While only a portion of the moon is obscured by the earth’s shadow, this eclipse is of particular note due to the fact that there are a number of extra planetary players involved. Together they form the cardinal cross configuration that so many astrologers have mentioned as of recently. This cardinal cross configuration is a particularly pressurized creator energy, it can be described as lava at the boiling point. Note the (cardinal cross configuration with) the following planets: Mercury/Sun in Cancer, opposing Moon/Pluto in Capricorn, squared by Jupiter/Uranus in Aries and Saturn in Virgo. (Astrologers, note also that Moon and Ceres (north), and Mercury and Pallas (south) are in out-of-bounds declinations.)

The karmic (nodal) axis of this eclipse occurs in the constellation of Sagittarius, suggesting that we, personally and collectively, are in a critical future shaping moment; that truth (and Gaia’s truth too) will be unleashed, one way or another. Whatever is mobilized will be mobilized and/or spread with great force (and volume too.) I pray that more environmental catastrophe does not occur. If possible, avoid travel for a few days either side of the eclipse date (June 26.) Mercury teamed with the eclipse Sun suggests an important communique, message, event, or piece of news. A key person could factor quite strongly too, whether it is an intermediary or messenger, an expert, a parent, boss, or authority person. You could become clued in to something (or someone) that completely alters your perspective or decisions.

Transfixed, obsessed, peeling back the layers, the eclipse Moon and Pluto together mines/plummets the depths and runs the gamut of emotions. Expect to find more lurking in the recesses. Watch for secrets, hidden agendas, hidden emotions revealed, underhanded power-plays, targeting, manipulation, more system corruption, etc.

Saturn in Virgo can draw attention to the fact that we are in a too little, too late to salvage chapter. (Case in point, the Gulf oil rig disaster.) The time for excuse-making is over. The past is a done deal, and the new reality is already defining itself in no uncertain terms. You may not know where you are going to next, but you can know for certainty where you should not be. Step away from the doors that now close. You are not meant to pry them open again.

Fired-up Jupiter and Uranus in Aries in overdrive serve to catapult circumstances into an even faster forward. This creator duo brings a radical departure from what was, and speeds us along the future time-line. While those who are directly influenced will be going through the paces in a big way now, know that none of us are exempt from a major reshaping of our everyday reality. If you are wondering when we will reach the end of this present one-thing-after-another intensity, the answer is, not any time soon. The best we can do now is to welcome the revealing moment for the incredible opportunity that it is. Knowledge is power, take action on it. Edgar Cayce’s Pole-Shift Readings

Edgar Cayce is America’s best documented psychic. Before he died in 1945, he gave over 14,000 “readings,” dealing with clairvoyant analyses of physical ailments and cures for people, with the former lives of individuals (reincarnation was assumed to be true for all), and a variety of spiritual and other subjects. A small number of readings describe a pole shift, and historically-unprecedented Earth changes to occur before the end of next year.
Almost no research has been done on the sources of information coming through Cayce for specific readings of interest. Gina Cerminara (trained in general semantics and now deceased) made a survey of Cayce’s sources, as explained in the readings themselves. These readings predict a sequence of geophysical events, beginning in 1958 to 1998, that culminate in upheavals in Earth’s polar areas, increased volcanic eruptions in the torrid areas, and then, a shifting of the poles in 2000-2001. The magnetic poles are several hundred kilometers away from true north and true south. This may mean that the axis of the spinning center has a slight gyroscopic “wobble”, as well as spinning faster than the crust. If so, this “wobble” probably dictates the speed of the spinning crust, and may again throw the poles down to the equator at the appointed time. This is yet another possible catalyst in bringing forward the next polar shift and magnifying the effects of centrifugal force; sooner or later occurring at the very time the mountain ring lines up with the lunar tides, and when the ice masses at the poles have reached the critical level! This phenomena can easily be demonstrated with a child’s spinning top. Once the top is spinning, its equilibrium is easily distorted so that the top gyroscopically wobbles around at the same time that it spins.

Another important factor to consider is the important alignment of the mountainous “ring of fire” around the globe in relation to the lunar tides. If the mountains “float” on a sea of molten lava, then they displace huge amounts of lava beneath them, just as ice bergs sink down into and displace sea water around them. This produces more numerous earth quakes and fault line movements as the lava tides come against these “negative” mountains, just as surface ice cracks and breaks up under the influence of incoming waves. Once in a while this mountainous ring that nearly circles the globe lines up more or less perfectly with the lunar tide and solar tides. Once in a great while this happens when the moon is at “perigee” to the earth. That is, the moon is at its closest point to the earth. And once in a very great while this all happens at a time when there is trillions of tons of ice and snow build-up on the land masses near the poles! This is particularly relevant if those polar land masses are offset from true north and true south as are Greenland and Antartica at present. From that date onward, information seemed to fall into my hands at precisely the right time and place, leading to a deeper and deeper understanding of the way the real world, the “earth” world, works. Having lived and navigated by the full moon constantly while living in Fiji, I wholly appreciated how full or no moons created the biggest tides. That was important in safely passing over the many reefs between my remote jungle home and the nearest market town, Labasa. Then I learned that high tides created more and bigger earthquakes, that the sea and winds spin faster than the earth itself, and that Einstein held a theory whereby ice buildup at the poles could trigger a massive earth shift! Everything seemed to fit together perfectly!

Once I put all this information together, I was astounded to discover not only that the next shift was more or less predictable within certain criteria (it was most likely to happen upon only a few scattered dates), but more importantly, I could predict the hourly timing and the local effects for most parts of the world! POLE SHIFT ?

A Pole shift is one of the major events predicted by so many seers and prophets over the ages. The shifting of the poles would indeed be a cataclysmic event for all of mankind and would lead to the end of our civilization as we know it.

But how would a Pole Shift occur ? What would happen and what could trigger this massive event. Have the Poles shifted before and if so how long ago and  how often does it happen.

A Pole shift may also be broken down into two parts -  a physical shifting of the crust of the Earth so that the North and South Poles are in a different place OR could it be a magnetic shift instead . And if we had a Magnetic Pole shit what would this mean for us all – would it be be as serious as a physical shifting of the Poles or not so serious.

On the subject of Pole Shifts and crustal movements.

I did some calculations for crustal movements, it can not be very fast. There is another site that says that the crust will relocate in a 24 hour period. That would raise the temperature (through friction and the need for energy to break the momentum of the rotational velocity of just the crust, etc) over 2,000 degrees C – that would be enough to cause all the water in and on the world to vaporize, and would melt the crust.

However, playing with the figures the fastest that the earth´s crust could relocate (acceleration here) would be .5 mps (meter per second) in a minimal movement laterally to the rotation of the earth (which is to say north or south) The temperature released would raise the ambient temperature of the air to 140 degrees F (assuming the average temperature of the planet is 68 degrees F) This would be a constant release of heat, tapering off as the rotational velocity is nulled slightly (remember a body in motion tends to stay in motion)

I have done further calculations, which show that the ambient temperature (world wide) could be within life bearing limits (120 F tops) if the polar ice caps could absorb some of the excess heat. This would have to be over a long period of time (30 days) This is an AVERAGE. Places on earth could see 200 degrees while others would see lower temperatures (at first).  This is a very limited movement, placing the north pole near the Arctic circle. Not a big movement per se, but big enough to wreck havoc on the worlds climate for centuries.

The initial start of movement would have to be very small, reaching a peak, then tapering off. Why? well any sudden acceleration/deceleration would kill us. Imagine a jar of strawberry jelly dropped and smashing. The acceleration can not exceed .5 m/s and life still exist. Even this small of an acceleration (north or south of the direction of spin) would result in cataclysm flooding as the world´s oceans continue traveling in their present trajectory. This is to say that the oceans would continue on their easterly direction as the land moves in a north or south easterly direction. at 5 m/s we are looking at all low lying areas being flooded (possibly up to 800 to 1000 feet, depending on currents, and present tides for long periods, higher altitudes being washed over at least once depending on the angle of movement to the rotation of the earth)

What does that all mean?

It means that in order for a crustal slip to take place and life continue to exist (without being flooded and or broiled) the movement of the crust can not accelerate faster than .01 meters per second or 3.2808 Feet per second (39.3701 Inches per second) Assuming that the atmosphere has a lag to catch up to any movement the crust makes, we would have to limit the velocity to around 150 MPH (hurricane velocities). Of course, over time the atmosphere would take on the velocity of the crust in the direction that the crust moves.

What develops is a picture of a crustal movement that starts out slowly, very slowly, taking a considerable amount of time to pick up speed (velocity) with friction between the rotational velocity of the mantel and the perpendicular velocity of the crust to act as a break mechanism. The farthest the crust could possibly move is 5000 miles to the north or south. That is nearly 1/5th of the planets circumference (mean)

The fastest that could take place is over a period of 45 days and life could continue to exist. The notion of the earth stopping in 24 hours is false, the heat generated by such a fast deceleration would melt the crust totally. (assuming a stoppage of either the crust or core in relation to the other) Even if the planetary body of earth stopped, the atmosphere and water would continue in the same direction. Can we say global flood? Assuming that the earth is preparing for a crustal slip of this magnitude, we would see increased earth quake activity over decades (All those who have a record of quakes can see this taking place over decades, with the increase rising as the movement takes place)

Initial acceleration would be centimeters per year, picking up slowly over a period of decades causing the barrier between the mantel and crust to liquefy to a high viscosity, releasing more heat which could reach the surface of the crust as a 1 to 2 degree (F) temperature rise. The super liquefied layer between mantel and crust would act like a lubricant which would allow additional crustal acceleration. Reaching a breaking point at 50 decades (+/-) when the acceleration would jump to .1 mps for a 41 to 45 day period. (This is an average acceleration – the actual acceleration would be time related, being higher at its peak and lower at the start and finish of the crustal movement.)  Other signs of the impending crustal movement would be:

1. Increased heating of the oceans (all that heat produced from the friction between mantel and crust rises, oceans cover the majority of the surface of earth, thus would heat up more than air. Water is more conductive than air) This would initially take decades, appearing normal at first. Ever wonder why El Nino seems to be getting worse and stronger and more frequent? Its because the oceans are heating up. Scientists are stumped why this is so.

2. Increased fault slippage, the heat would cause expansion, which would at first affect fault lines, which would result in more earth quakes, with an increasing number and severity as the heat increases beneath the crust. Certain places where the crust is the thinnest would ´bulge´ the increased heat causing expansion of the affected layer between crust and mantel. Since the mantel is compressed as much as it can be, the natural direction of expansion is upward, or through the crust.

3. Increased volcanic activity. That heat and expansion causing old dormant volcanoes to have a renewed energy source, also the expansion of the crust would cause a weakening of the crust, opening new vents.

4. Rotational wobble. The Crust presents the earth with an unbalanced distribution of weight, even a small (10 centimeters) displacement of the crust would cause the earth to wobble more (which ironically could induce more crustal displacement, thus causing more wobble, thus causing more displacement, etc.) Added bulges from the expansion beneath the crust would worsen the imbalance.

5. Since the line of momentum is rotational (for the most part) we would see a decrease in the planet´s rotation, (slight) which would cause a few leap seconds over a 100 years of time or so. That rotational momentum is being redirected into a perpendicular momentum, causing increased heat (remember, energy is conserved, if it is removed from one aspect, it shows up in another aspect.) That slowing affect will increase as the crust slippage takes place. To make up for the perpendicular movement, the rotational velocity will slow. After the movement takes place, the rotational velocity will increase. The loss of energy through heat will equate to a slightly slower rotation of post slippage to pre-slippage. This may account for a large loss of rotational velocity through the millions of years. Instead of being a constant gradual loss it is a constant loss with spikes of greater losses.

6. Weakening of magnetic lines of force. Though the earth´s core produces the magnetic flux, the crust and mantel interact with that flux field.

7. Possible relocation of the ozone, or even destruction of upper atmospheric ozone. This would be due to the magnetic flux field weakening, causing the ionize oxygen to polarize and move away from the strongest points of magnetic force (poles).

8. Migration of animals from tropics to northern regions. Especially those in the oceans since the mean average temperature of the ocean would increase.

The build up to the big event would start out slowly. Look at the earth as a huge gyroscope. any one who has played with a gyro scope knows that the gyroscope tends to want to remain in its place. Any force that tries to move it is met with resistance, that resistance, in this case, is internal and will cause heat.  More resistance to the rotational momentum would take a long period of time to reach the critical breaking point. With the imbalance of the crust, it would require a few decades to reach that moment.

The earth is naturally resistant to any movements from its rotational direction. however, once the process is started, it will increase due to the natural imbalance of the crustal mass. We can assume that the crust slip is part and parcel of plate tectonics. We all know that the Continental plates move in relation of one another. This is a slow process, however it is a continual process which will eventually knock the earth out of sync with its rotation leading to a massive crustal slippage every so often.

What you may be seeing is the opening geological moments to the big event.

There is reason to believe that this has happened before. We have found mammoths quick frozen which suggests that there was an instant cooling period. This stands to reason when we consider that a large amount of debris will be kicked into the air by volcanoes erupting.  There is also evidence in the laying down of mass volcanic lava flows in a short period of time.  Further, the rocks record sudden ´pole-shifts´ of the magnetic fields of earth.

Since life continued to exist through and beyond these periods taking centuries to die off, we can assume that though the crust slip was sudden (in geologic terms) it was the long term effects of crust slippage and not the event itself which lead to the extinctions. All the things you have uncovered here point at a crust slippage.

ou are looking for an external source (planet X) to an internal problem which is caused by the naturally occurring tectonic movements of the earth. The safest place on earth is off of earth. Not on some other planet, but in orbit during this crust slip.  With a maximum time for any slippage (due to friction) anyone could live in orbit during that period.

Another ´safe´ place, not as safe as being off earth, would be any geologically stable area on earth that is above the 500 elevation mark. Such areas would be any place that are solid rock. Montana is one such place. Being underground would be safer than being on the surface considering the high winds and the enviable acid rain (from volcanic gasses) and from monster storms caused by the sudden release of moisture through heating of the oceans.

Look at the development of the ´concentration´ camps and the underground bunkers. Compare the geologic stability and altitude of the areas a certain pattern will emerge early. The initial build up to a crustal slip would take decades, possibly even a century. It would be a gradual process, appearing to be a ´normal´ change of state at first.

We could assume that since seismology is a new science (mind the 1906 earth quake was estimated, not recorded) and that seismographs are a rather new kid on the block, that it isn´t until most recently that scientists have ´discovered´ the problem with earth.

Through out the past 50 decades we know that the number and severity of earth quakes have been on the rise. We can also show a rise in the mean temperature of the earth and other tail tell signs which have, until most recently, been thought of as the normal ebb and flow of the earth.

The red herring of Global Warming may have lead many down the wrong road. This is not to say that Global warming is not playing a factor in the climatological events we are witnessing. However, the estimates of carbons to climate change have shown that climate change is going faster than the calculations have shown.

Again, this is not being caused by outside forces, it is the result of plate tectonics and the natural imbalance of the earth. All one has to do is look at a globe of the earth and we see that there is a Land Hemisphere and a Water hemisphere.  This is not to say that there is no Planet X. Planet X may be very real, however, it is way to far away to have any impact on the movements of the Earth at this time.

All of my calculations were averaged out and rounded off. Anyone can figure these things out if they used the estimated mass of the crust to the estimated total mass of the earth, and if they know how to calculate energy from acceleration.

MAGNETIC FIELD CHANGING

Like a Kryptonite-challenged Superman, its strength has steadily and mysteriously waned, leaving parts of the planet vulnerable to increased radiation from space.

Some satellites already feel the effects.

What is uncertain is whether the weakened field is on the way to a complete collapse and a reversal that would flip the North and South Poles.

Compasses pointing North would then point South. It is not a matter of whether it will happen, but when, said scientists who presented the latest research on the subject at a recent meeting of the American Geophysical Union in San Francisco.

But when is hard to pinpoint. The dipole reversal pattern is erratic.

“We can have periods without reversals for many millions of years, and we can have four or five reversals within one million years,” said Yves Gallet, from Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, France, who studies the palaeomagnetic record and estimates that the current decay started 2,000 years ago.

Flip or flop ?

Over the last century and a half, since monitoring began, scientists have measured a 10% decline in the dipole. At the current rate of decline it would take 1,500 to 2,000 years to disappear.

A particular weakness in the field has been observed off the coast of Brazil in the so-called Southern Atlantic Anomaly. Here, eccentricities in the Earth’s core have caused a “dip” in the field, leaving it 30% weaker than elsewhere.

The extra dose of radiation creates electronic glitches in satellites and spacecraft that fly through it. Even the Hubble telescope has been affected. Magnetic reversals were always preceded by weakened magnetic fields, said Dr Gallet, but not all weakened fields bring on a flip-flop.

The Earth’s invisible shield could also grow back in strength. “Then sometime, maybe 10,000 years from now, the dipole will decay again and that will lead to a reversal,” said Harvard physicist Jeremy Bloxham. The theme was recently taken up by Hollywood in the movie The Core, in which the Earth’s core mysteriously stops spinning, effectively turning off the electromagnetic field.

The movie is nonsense, scientists told BBC News Online, except that the Earth’s magnetic field is generated by activity deep inside it.

Iron record

The heat of the solid inner core keeps the molten cocktail of nickel and iron churning in the outer core, which generates a magnetic field.

It is not known how the core behaves exactly, but scientists have a general understanding of how electrical and fluid currents and magnetic field lines all interact to produce the field we experience outside Earth.

Imagine the magnetic field lines within the core “twisting like spaghetti,” said Peter L Olson, geophysics professor at Johns Hopkins University.

As they wind and kink around each other, their interaction can accentuate the magnetic field or diminish it.

“Depending on how it’s kinked,” he said, “it can be helpful or harmful.”

The last time the field lines kinked into a dipole reversal was 780,000 years ago.

By studying seafloor sediment and lava flows, scientists can reconstruct the magnetic field patterns of the past. Iron in lava, for example, points in the direction of the then-existing field and is frozen in that orientation as the lava cools and hardens.

According to Dr Gallet, the oldest reversal that has been studied by lava flows comes from Greenland, dated at 16 million years. The time between reversals varies from a thousand to millions of years.

Global light show

So is the Earth about to flip? The safe bet may disappoint screenplay writers everywhere.

“Chances are we’re not,” said Dr Bloxham. “Reversals are rare events.”

And they would certainly not threaten life on Earth as they do in science fiction. Although there would be extra radiation exposure to satellites and some airplanes, there would also be enough of a residual field to provide protection to people, and certainly no more radiation than what is observed at the poles, where the field lines currently dip.

But there would be some bizarre readjustment. Prior to Earth’s poles re-establishing themselves, a period of disorder would produce multiple poles, according to Dr Bloxham, which may make backwoods camping tricky.

“Getting around using a magnetic compass would be a more complicated endeavour,” he said.

A collapse would also produce a great increase in auroral activity – the beautiful display of lights generated by solar particles that follow the magnetic field lines down into the atmosphere.

And there would be plenty to time to grab a camera – the reversal is gradual.

This would give animals which use the magnetic field for navigation, such as some birds, turtles and bees, time to reorient themselves.

“They’d go through many generations in the period in which the field was entering the phase of reversal,” said Dr Bloxham. “Presumably they would learn new behaviour patterns to accommodate it.”

Space within

As for the ozone layer – which was thought to be vulnerable without a protective shield – the effects would be negligible unless there was a super-solar proton event, said Charles H Jackman, an atmospheric physicist at the US space agency’s Goddard Flight Center, referring to the high-energy radiation that can accompany solar flares.

The charged particles zinging down to Earth, said Dr Jackman, break apart molecules of nitrogen, whose atoms go on to form nitric oxide, which devours up ozone.

This happens all the time, but the effects would be increased during a magnetic reversal or diminished magnetic field.

But he said scientists saw no significant change in ozone depletion due to the Southern Atlantic Anomaly. In any case, the ozone layer would bounce back quickly from the heavy solar bombardment, healing itself in just two to three years, according to Dr Jackman.

This is not the timeline associated with anthropogenic chlorofluorocarbons.

“Chlorofluorocarbons have a much longer lifetime in the atmosphere than does the nitric oxide and its associated constituents,” he said.

But all these scenarios are of an indeterminate future. The Earth’s interior will remain unexplored for a long time to come – only in science fiction can humans or their equipment survive the 5,500 Celsius temperature in the core to study its activity.

“If we had the equivalent of a space probe that went into the core and made measurements for us, that would tell us a tremendous amount,” said Dr Bloxham. “Hollywood may be able to do these things, but we can’t.”

NOTES FOR THE “PROPHET’S CONFERENCE”

If Love stays in our consciousness, we will not get lost. We will stay conscious, and not fall asleep when change begins to accelerate around us. We will know and feel the presence of Great Spirit/Nature with each breath. The Unity of Life will become obvious. We will trust Life. We will love Life. And our Purpose will becomeclear.

We are gathered here to proceed to the next level of Life consciously. Does that feel right to you?

It is my belief that the world is ready. All the consciousness grids around the world are complete. Everything has been adjusted and tuned to a very high degree from a human point of view. Mother Earth is awake and conscious, and She knows exactly what we are thinking and feeling. She knows our deepest heart’s desire. And I believe that Mother loves us beyond our knowing. I believe She will come to our aid to help us to understand who we truly are. And it will be us, as children, through living our own lives, that will bring this world back into the Light.

This is the time we have been all preparing for the last 13,000 years -1998 to 2012 – a fifteen year period. If everything all the prophets have said about that period of time come true, we are about to be truly changed into a new kind of human.

Even science agrees that it does appear to be true; the children with the four extra codons turned on in their DNA are the buds of a new human race.

So what is it about 1998 to 2012? All the prophets of the past have pointed to this time. The Indigenous People of the World, The Native Americans (The Hopi & the Taos Pueblo), The Hopi – The White Brother/Sister,The Zulu Tribe in Africa believes in the coming change.The Mayan believes by the prophecy of their elders and the “Sixth Sun”. The Seventh Sun is coming.The Japanese with the prophecies of “Amaterasu” returning to earth at this time. Nostradomas and his predictions. Edgar Casey and his prophecies – probably he is the most detailed and descriptive in his prophecies. He said there would be a new earth pole in the winter of 1998. Even the United Nations believes that within that period of time the earth will double it’s population, and most of the earth will die – a change that the UN is trying to stop. The message of the Flower of Life is that the “change” will happen during the next 15 years.

We are ready now, but Life will decide when we will move.

We are about to have a special Solar Eclipse. The Solar Eclipse of Feb 26, 1998. This eclipse will usher in this period of change we have been waiting for. The daytime sky will turn black and the stars and five planets will be visible with the naked eye WITHIN the UMBRA (the shadow of the moon). We will have entered the “Time of Change”. One of the best places to experience this eclipse is in the Caribbean. The umbra will enter the Caribbean just after 2 PM local time on Feb 26th, 1998.

The Solar Eclipse of Aug 11, 1999 will be the last of this century. At that moment we will enter the “End of Time” until Dec 24, 2012.

So now that the “Time of Great Change” is here, what do we do?

Prepare physically? Physically means finding a place that feels safe and storing food and necessary equipment for up to a two year period. This may or may not be right for you. Understand the situation.

First of all, this period of time you would be preparing for is before the change, not after. The idea that we are to prepare and wait, and then after to come out of the shelter and resume life after the change is misleading.

Once the change has happened, the next world will not be visible to the old one. We will ascend into a new world on a different wave length where any physical preparation made on earth will be useless there. Just as in death, you cannot bring it with you.

So the reason for physical preparation is to give one a safe place to make the transition without violence and struggle – A calm place and time to meditate during the outer changes going on. If, however, you do not feel it is necessary. That is all right also. Spirit is forever. No matter what happens, you will survive.

What is truly important here is your state of consciousness during this transition. Your consciousness can overcome any of the physical problems.

See and Live the Unity of Life.

If you know there is only one God and that all life is intimately connected together, and if you see this unity everywhere, and finally if you live this unity in your everyday life, Mother Earth will protect you and carefully lead you into the next world. This is the great secret of Life and the protection that Mother Nature will provide.

How is this achieved? By dropping the old consciousness of Good and Evil, which we must do in order to enter the new higher consciousness. The old consciousness sees itself as being inside a body and everything and everyone else as outside of itself. This way of seeing is an illusion. The Hindus call it “Maya”.

Hermes of Ancient Greece once said, “As above, so below”. This quote has become famous, and is just now being proven by science. The macrocosm and the microcosm reflect each other. In the same way, another quote is important. “As within, so without”. The inside and the outside are connected.

It is here, where the important work will be lived. To realize that what happens on the inside reflects to the outside – and the other way around. This relationship is effected by our feelings. Fear creates a contracted state of being. Love creates an expanded state of being. When we are in fear and contracted, the outer world controls our inner world. When we are in love and expanded, the inner world controls our outer world. What happens when you lose your job? You go into fear and contraction, and it feels like the whole world is crashing in on you. The more you are in fear, the more difficult it is to find a job. However, when you are in love and expanded, everything seems to naturally go right. People want you to work for them, because they want to be around you. There is a relationship.

So the key to interdimensional survival is to remain positive and in love with life even when the outer world may seem hopeless. Know the perfection of Nature.

At the same time and equally important, know and see that Great Spirit/Nature is alive and conscious of you. Develop communication within yourself with God. An example of indigenous understanding of this is that of the Kahunas in Hawaii: Their belief in nature as alive and conscious.

The final key is to bring this “connection” with Nature into yourself. Let your inner child self emerge and “play” with Life. Marah Baba said it perfectly, “Be happy, don’t worry.” Bashar said it in another way, “Be happy for no reason.”

It is your childlike joy that will lead you home.

Evolutionary Opportunities Within the Chaotic Node

A Hathor Planetary Message Through Tom Kenyon

In this planetary message we wish to address the increasing breadth and scope of the Chaotic Node you have entered.

The focus of our communication is on the subtle, and not so subtle, effects on your consciousness as a result of the planetary changes taking place. As we said in our previous communication, it is increasingly difficult to predict, with accuracy, seismic and volcanic events, for you have entered a very volatile stage.

In October of last year we predicted that you would enter a Chaotic Node, and that this would result in ever-increasing levels of chaos, and that your governments and institutions would have difficulty contending with these levels of chaos. And, indeed, this is taking place, from an increase in extreme and aberrant weather patterns throughout the globe, to a marked increase of earthquake activity, to the current Icelandic volcanic eruptions. These various expressions of the Chaotic Node will continue to escalate and interact in creative and unpredictable ways.

The focus of our communication is not on the physical challenges you will face as the Chaotic Node widens in its scope, but rather we wish to focus upon the evolutionary opportunities that await you, if you are ready to claim them.

First of all let us postulate an idea that may be new to some, but old information to others.

As we view Earth, we see her much like we see you, as a luminous egg-shaped geometry of light. Like you, the Earth has channels for subtle energy. In your body, these conduits for subtle energy are known as meridians, which are related to the life force of your vital organs, or nadis, a more complex and subtle system of energy channels related to the chakras.

The Earth has her own grid or grid-work of subtle energy channels. Some of these are called ley lines. They are conduits for the flow of subtle energy through Earth’s body, similar to your own subtle energy channels. But, of course, the energies that move through the Earth’s subtle energy channels are much more massive than those energies that move through your body. But there is, nonetheless, a relationship between your meridians/nadis and the ley lines of your planet.

Your planet is entering another phase of its ascension process. And this is signaled by many factors, some of which you can detect, some of which you cannot. Two of these factors have to do with earthquake and volcanic activity.

Prior to an earthquake or a volcanic eruption there is a massive movement of subtle energy through Earth’s ley lines (in the vicinity of the seismic event). This movement of subtle energy takes place before the actual tectonic shifts occur. The tectonic shifts are the creators or generators of earthquake activity, as your science has clearly stated. But the influx of subtle energy through the meridians (ley lines), in the vicinity of an earthquake takes place hours, days or even weeks before the actual earthquake and/or volcanic eruption itself. They are harbingers of the physical event. And it is this subtle energetic aspect of quake and volcanic activity we wish to address, for these fluctuations in Earth’s meridians, or lay-lines, affect you directly.

Many of you are experiencing resonant responses in your bodies. This means that when subtle energy related to a coming earthquake or volcanic eruption moves through one of Earth’s ley lines, there can be a corresponding movement in your own meridian system. It’s as if you become a barometer for what is about to take place. Some individuals are more sensitive to this than others, so the effects can be much more pronounced in these individuals. Sensitive persons can respond to the subtle energetics of earth changes thousands of miles from the actual event itself. But even those who are less sensitive can feel the effects. Due to the fact that earthquake and volcanic activity are on the rise, many of you are experiencing an increase of these bizarre resonant responses within your bodies. And that is what we wish to turn our attention to now.

We understand and appreciate the dire consequences of earthquake and volcanic activity on your three-dimensional reality, but we wish you to know that these same events create energetic openings, evolutionary portals that you can enter.

They are harbingers not only of the shifting of the landscape of physical earth; they are harbingers of the shifting of human and planetary consciousness.

Let us describe some of the physical and emotional effects that this seismic-related subtle energy produces. Remember that when an earthquake or volcanic eruption is imminent there is a flow of subtle energy through the meridians or ley lines of Earth in the vicinity of the seismic event. There are, simultaneously, resonant responses in your physical body, especially in those who are sensitive to such things. When there is a movement of this subtle energy through your personal meridian system, all types of strange phenomena can take place.

These include, but certainly are not limited to, an increase in temporary short term memory challenges, episodes of sudden bodily heat and cold, inexplicable physical discomfort, and even pain that seemingly appears for no reason and then dissipates.

You might also experience brief moments of what might be called thinking and sequencing challenges. And episodes of sudden decreased energy will be on the rise. In these odd energy states it will appear as if you suddenly have no energy available to you. We have spoken about this in previous messages, but more and more persons will be complaining about fatigue, exhaustion, and at the same time an inability to obtain restful sleep. There will also be increased episodes of feeling like you are falling asleep while awake. If you are in an environment where you can lie down, or at least close your eyes, this is the best way to deal with this particular phenomenon. When this occurs it is often, though not always, an effect of the seismic flows of subtle energy through Earth’s energy system or ley lines.

These are times when Earth herself is shifting levels of planetary consciousness, and you can ride on her coattails, so to speak. Since the planet is shifting consciousness herself, you can enter into deeply profound states of consciousness in these moments. Our advice is to let the world go and surrender to the experience of falling into yourself. Some of you will enter inner worlds of reality that have immense healing and nourishing effects. Others will simply feel like they “blacked out” and have no recollection of what occurred. But if, in these moments, you can allow yourself to rest, even in the midst of your daily activities, you will benefit greatly.

At times, some of you might also experience the opposite reaction. You might sense your body entering a hyper state for no apparent reason, as if it has sped up metabolically. If you are aware of subtle energies, you will notice that this is a result of your subtle energy bodies (such as the KA) vibrating at a faster rate than is normal for you. This sped up feeling may last for brief periods of time or continue for several hours. During these hyper states of awareness, you might experience a download of cosmic information and/or spiritual light. You may also find subtle energy channels within your body spontaneously opening with a resulting amplification of subtle energy flows through these channels. As odd as these states of body and mind may seem, they are evolutionary jumpstarts. Unfortunately for your daily bodily rhythms, these unique states of body and mind often occur at inconvenient times. If you can be okay with them and realize that they are evolutionary gifts, you can derive great benefit from them.

While the Holon of Balance and the Holon of Ascension that we have given in previous communications will certainly be helpful to you (and may be engaged to your great benefit), there is no way to escape the physical effects of these seismic events upon your body and consciousness. So our advice is to embrace them rather than to resist them. View them as they are, evolutionary opportunities.

With this communication we are releasing the Heart Dimensional Attunement. You will find a link to this sound meditation at the end of this message. This is an unusual attunement, for it comes from the future and an energetic of Earth that is not yet in your present time.

We suggest that you listen to this in a similar way that we suggested you listen to the Pineal Dimensional Attunement. Place your awareness in your heart chakra while listening, and imagine that the sounds you are hearing are coming from out of the heart center. This ascension code will help your heart to stabilize and find solace and comfort from a future aspect of your Earth. It’s purpose is to help sustain you through the chaotic and volatile events that are unfolding before you. The sounds are the vibratory essence of a new Earth, an ascended Earth. It is the promise of a new world, and you carry the seeds of that world in your very hearts.

Finally, we wish to acknowledge the difficult times you are entering. At the same time you are crossing a threshold into an extraordinary evolutionary upliftment.

Regardless of where you live on your Earth, regardless of your station in life, or the circumstances you face, if you embrace what is unfolding before you as an evolutionary gift, you will rise up in consciousness and pass, with grace and humor, through the portal that is the Chaotic Node.

Finding Your Buffalo

There is a story about a farmer who owns a buffalo. Not knowing that the buffalo is in its stable, the farmer goes off to search for it, thinking it has strayed from home. Starting off on his search, he sees many different buffalo footprints outside his yard. The footprints of buffalo are everywhere! The farmer then thinks, “Which way did my buffalo go?” He decides to follow one set of tracks and they lead him up into the high mountains, but he doesn’t find his buffalo there. Then he follows another set of footprints that lead way down to the ocean. However, when he reaches the ocean, he still doesn’t find his buffalo. His buffalo is not in the mountains or at the beach. Why? Because it is back home in the stable in his yard.

Like the farmer, we search for happiness and peace of mind outside ourselves. We search for freedom from our troubles high up in the mountains, at pristine, beautiful beaches, and in the serenity of retreat settings. In all of these places, there are footprints everywhere, signs of like-minded seekers searching for happiness and a more enlightened existence. In the end, you might find traces of the contentment and illumination they realized. What you will not find, however, is the one thing you are looking for — your own happiness, peace of mind, and enlightened nature. You may find someone else’s version of it, but it is not the same as finding your own.

No matter how much you may admire and long for the happiness and freedom of mind you perceive in someone else, whether it’s a great spiritual master, a bestselling self-help guru, or a true, modern-day hero or heroine, finding your own wakefulness, your own enlightenment within, is much different. It is like finding your own buffalo. Your buffalo recognizes you and you recognize your buffalo. The moment you meet your own buffalo is a very emotional and joyful moment.

In order to make our own discoveries, we have to start right here where we are. We have to search inwardly rather than outwardly. From the Buddhist point of view, ultimate happiness — the state of freedom, or enlightenment — is within our minds and has been from beginningless time. Like our buffalo comfortably resting in its stable, ultimate happiness has never left us, although we have developed the idea that it has left home. We think it is somewhere outside and we have to find it. With so many footprints leading in different directions, so many possibilities for where it could be, we may start to imagine things. We could think that it was stolen by a neighbor and is gone forever. We start to have all kinds of misconceptions and mistaken beliefs.

From the Buddhist point of view, there is nothing within our ordinary life that we need to reject or leave behind, and the state of enlightenment is not a place we go to from here. It is not a place that is found outside of where we are right now. If you wanted to find a perfect get-away from all your stress and unhappiness, where and how far would you go? To the other side of the world, to the International Space Station, or just the nearest bar? Your body would be somewhere else, but still, you would be taking your stressed, unhappy mind with you. What we are actually trying to leave behind is the mind’s confusion, which keeps us from being happy. It is how our minds function when we are in those mountains, at the beach, at work or at home, that determines whether we are happy or unhappy, awake in our life or sleeping through it.

According to the Buddha, the actual point of all our efforts on the spiritual path is simply to return to the state of complete wakefulness, which is the true nature of our minds. Our minds are brilliantly clear and aware naturally, but that brilliant wakefulness is hidden from our view by clouds of confusion. These clouds are caused primarily by the turbulence of our thoughts and emotions. There is so much commotion going on in our minds that our view of who we are and what the world is like is distorted.

If that’s the case, then how can we recognize the wakeful nature of our minds? The Buddha taught many methods of meditation, which bring stability, peace, and clarity to our agitated minds. Through the practice of meditation, we begin to relax; we feel like we’re waking up and coming to our senses. It’s a very ordinary, but profound, experience that deepens over time and transforms our view of life. When we start to work with our mind in meditation, there’s a sense of effort, but as we go along, it becomes more effortless. A good example of this is a bird taking off from the ground. When the bird wants to fly, it first has to run a little bit and then push down against the ground, so it can leap up into the space of the sky.

So long as we are looking outside of ourselves, there is no place to go, no end of the road, where we will one day find perfect happiness. Ultimately, the awake and peaceful mind that we are looking for is with us right now, in this very moment. We don’t have to pack our bags or follow someone else’s trail to discover the true nature of our mind — the buddha within us. That buddha is always within our reach.

For almost two years, molecular biologist Bénédicte Trouiller doused the drinking water of scores of lab mice with nano-titanium dioxide, the most common nanomaterial used in consumer products today. Halfway through, Trouiller became alarmed: Consuming the nano-titanium dioxide was damaging or destroying the animals’ DNA and chromosomes. The biological havoc continued as she repeated the studies again and again. It was a significant finding: The degrees of DNA damage and genetic instability that [she] documented can be “linked to all the big killers of man, namely cancer, heart disease, neurological disease and aging,” says Professor Robert Schiestl, a genetic toxicologist who ran the lab at UCLA’s School of Public Health where Trouiller did her research. Nano-titanium dioxide is so pervasive that the Environmental Working Group says it has calculated that close to 10,000 over-the-counter products use it in one form or another. Other public health specialists put the number even higher. It’s “in everything from medicine capsules and nutritional supplements, to food icing and additives, to skin creams, oils and toothpaste,” Schiestl says.

In the late 1980’s, while I was still living in Mt. Shasta California, I had a very strange dream. I didn’t know what it meant at the time, but it was one of those dreams that you do not forget about.

In the dream, it was at the time of the great shift. I feel it is the shift we are experiencing now. In the dream, there was a weird light in the sky. There were many different colors in the sky, very similar to the Sun dogs that we have been seeing these last few months. The sky had an unreal feeling about it that is hard to describe. In my dream, I was watching all this transpire in front of me. It felt like it was at the end of the day, but I also realized that it was the end of the age.

It was evident to everyone that something big was happening. Everyone on Earth was scrambling in different directions. Some were acting out of their fear and were running and trying to hide. But there was no place safe to hide. Others were following an inner guidance that came from their hearts, and proceeded to go where they were called.

In the sky, there were multiple UFOs in the sky, and on the ground I saw many beings that we considered to be Big Foot. Many Ascended Masters were walking among us. It felt like all the dimensions were merging together. This was frightening to some, and very exciting to others. It was like Armageddon and the Rapture all at the same time. It was very confusing, but wildly exciting all at the same time.

The thing that created a lot of commotion was a glowing green stone. This stone shined like a star. In the dream, if we sat with it, the stone would awaken us to a higher realm of being. In my dream, the green stone, or green star, was in the center of a circle. The ones that were listening to their heart’s inner guidance were also the ones that knew where the Green Stone was. We were all gathering around it, and waiting for what came next. We didn’t know what it was, but we knew it was something that we had long awaited for. There were many that thought that the Green stone was evil, and they warned many to stay away from the light of the Green Stone. Some listened to the fear and left . . . but most stayed to be together. That was the end of the dream.

Over the years, I have kept my eyes open for a green stone like the one in my dream. I have been gifted many green stones from New Zealand, but these were not like the green stone that I saw in my dream. I heard about the stone called moldavite, and checked it out also. Again, it wasn’t the green stone in my dream. Over the years, I forgot about the dream and went on with my life.

Just about the time that the Star Elders said that we had made the grand shift in the collective consciousness and a new age, something new has appeared in our sky. This is the glowing green Comet Lulin. Immediately, the forgotten dream of the star-like, green stone flashed into my mind. If the Comet Lulin is the green star stone in my dream, I don’t really know. But I find it highly interesting that it has shown up now, and for many reasons.

Astronomers themselves say “Lulin is a very rare and quirky visitor”. I find it interesting that this comet is not only green, but also appears to be traveling backwards. The Maya word “Zuvuya” fits the situation beautifully. Zuvuya means that you can understand things more deeply by looking at it in reverse. Could the appearance of this comet be triggering a deeper sense of awareness and truth? Could this comet unveil the illusions . . . negative egos of the world?

Since Comet Lulin’s close fly-by in our solar system (February 23, 2009 being the closest fly-by to Earth), we have been experiencing a lot of interesting energy shifts. We have experienced some beautiful highs and have had to process some pretty deep lows. Emotionally we feel scattered and confused. Physically we are having stomach aches, nausea, and to sensitive ones, even a sense of your entire body being hit by a fast-moving truck. If you are feeling these physical symptoms, it means your spiritual, emotional and physical bodies are working to realign to the new energies.

Lulin has made its close fly by to Earth in the first few weeks of 2009 just as we have completed a 13 year solar wave cycle ending at Equinox in 2008. In this 13 year cycle, humanity has created a powerful momentum of awakening in the collective consciousness. This is the first year of a second 13 year solar wave cycle. This cycle ushers in a new era where we can actually create with the new momentum empowered by heart-filled collective consciousness. This is the year where all our healing talents will be empowered and supported by the mass collective consciousness . . . finally!

This comet will be passing close to Earth just as we enter portal and core days in the Maya calendar . . . including a rare core day falling on Equinox! Portal days thin the veils between dimensions. The core days act like the Kundalini of the solar system and have been historically proven to be extremely powerful days. Equinox this year falls on the 16th of 20 core days that will be greatly accelerated by this comet’s gamma rays and the global Solar Wave Ceremonies. Two other comets have been within eyesight on Equinoxes in years past, but this is the first green comet that falls on a core day! This Equinox, March 20, 2009, is potentially the most powerful and transforming event that we will have ever experienced in recorded history.

The Only Things We Take With Us

I don’t know what is going on lately, but this I know for sure . . . the dream world is getting really wild. I have to admit that I have had a lot of outrageous dreams lately. I know a lot of you out there have had some pretty crazy things going on at night also. I have to admit that we all have to think a moment to decide if we are going to share what we have been dreaming about. Thoughts pop into our heads such as “What will other people think?”, “Will this affect my credibility as a visionary?” or “Will people start to question my sanity as a human being?” But one thing is quite clear to me . . . we really are in insane times, and the norm is not the norm anymore.

In my last article, I shared my very old dream about the shift and the glowing green star that I had while I was still living in Mt. Shasta. I was shocked at how many people wrote me saying that they had similar dreams in the past, and some even recently. I know this dream was about helping us with our orientation during a planetary shift. I don’t know why it took me so long to share the dream. Maybe it had to do with the fact that all the words in the world would not really describe the dream properly. I know one thing for sure . . . I do remember the energy of that day in the dream precisely, and I will recognize it the moment that it arrives on this planet. I could not forget it. It would be like forgetting what a rose smells like, or knowing how chocolate melts in your mouth.

As soon as I shared this dream, I had another dream the very next night that was equally, if not more powerful, vivid and absolutely lucid. The fact is I don’t believe that I was even fully asleep. This new dream was not about what happens during the shift. It was about what it would feel like after we arrived to the other side.

Over the years, the Star Elders have shared things with me regarding what we will take with us through shifts of the ages. The one most important thing that we will take with us is the love that we hold in our hearts. They showed me that love is eternal, multi-dimensional and, most of all, unquenchable. The other things we can take with us through shifted ages are truths, or teachings based on truth, that transcend time, space and dimension. Yet the Star Elders have shared over and over again that nearly 100% of our memory will not survive a shift of the ages simply because we could very easily re-create the same problems. The ironic fact here is that when we finally make our ascension, we will be in kindergarten in the next reality. I never really thought about how impacting these things would be on me and others . . . until the other night.

I guess I would call the dream the “stairway to heaven dream”. In this dream, I woke up in an entirely different environment. I had nearly complete and total amnesia. The fact that I knew I had amnesia in the first place would be a type of memory, however faint and small. The fact was that I had been suddenly shifted into a new age, and this fact was unbelievably disorienting in every way possible, and I was quite petrified. I could feel a bit of nausea caused by the adjustment to the new energy. The shift of environment was very sudden, and the very atmosphere had a strange, unique but yet familiar feeling. Now I remind you . . . I don’t really know if I was asleep or not. All I know is that I didn’t know who I was, where I was, or anything else.

There were several beings around me that looked just like you and I, yet I don’t recall if they ever spoke to me out loud. Everything I understood apparently came to me telepathically. It was night here, and these beings were resting. One of the beings was holding me like a baby. One of first things I felt was their lack of boundaries. There was no separation between them, and nor did they consider any separation between me and them. Everything seemed to merge into a simple, uncomplicated oneness. I felt so transparent to them. It reminded me so powerfully of how separate we all still feel from each other. This oneness made me uncomfortable at the time, yet they continued to care for me.

In this dream, I could not sleep. So I laid there in the darkness with my mind full of confusion and disorientation, because I didn’t know where I was, or how I had gotten there (Some Maya Elder’s believe the shift of the ages will come through a short cycle of total darkness). I guess if I had been asleep, it would have felt less disorienting. Once I had gotten my fear under control, I realized that the new environment was not that bad at all. In fact, it was quite nice and comforting. It was simply different than the surroundings that I had been in when I went to sleep in Sedona, Arizona.

As the sun began to rise up, I could actually see where I was. There were at least three beings living in this house that I found myself in. It was very similar to the houses that we live in today, but I noticed that there was a complete and total lack of technology. The house was built out of all natural-looking materials; like lots of wood and stone. I had a weird distant memory of breakfast, but I didn’t see a kitchen, and I wondered if they ate food.

There were huge windows overlooking an indescribably beautiful and vast canyon. There were trees that looked like they were from the pine family. There was a little snow on the rocks, so I assumed that it must be winter. It felt like we were the only people left on Earth, but inside of me I knew that this was not true. The energy of the Earth was completely uncomplicated and extremely clear, and the PEACE was unlike anything that I had ever felt.

The Ones whose home I was in were beginning to awaken. I could feel that their minds were completely in the present moment. It didn’t seem like there was a schedule for the day, or a job to go to. Everything was done very naturally and organically. Some how I knew that there was no government or laws to adhere to, because when you are awakened, there is no need for them.

I was transfixed by the view out the window. It was like I wanted to memorize everything. I wanted to remember how it looked and felt. As it got brighter outside, I hoped to see other buildings, homes and people . . . but I didn’t . . . but I knew they were out there somewhere. I was spellbound by the incredible beauty. It was like I was looking at Shangri-La laid out in front of me.

Once the other ones were fully awake and moving about, they became aware of my concerns. I didn’t know who I was, how I had gotten there, and I had to admit that I was a little bit embarrassed, since I felt like I was intruding on their space. Intrusion was not something that they understood at all. It appeared that they were not waiting for me to arrive, but yet they were completely open to the fact that I had. They simply took care of me like I had been there all along. There was an unconditional love between them that did not need to be discussed, analyzed, or understood. It was simply taken as a fact of life. It was a like breathing to them.

It was the lack of planning, or thinking about the future, that really blew me away. It made me realize that every time we are out in the future that it is actually a form of fear. Also, there were no patterns or mechanistic behaviors . . . like having a habitual breakfast for instance. I began to realize that all patterns are based in memory, and memory did not survive here; not the kind of memory that we are used to that is.

As I thought of questions in my mind, I got the answers telepathically from the others. I learned quickly that there was no need for a monetary system, since they all knew how to manifest anything and everything that they needed in each moment. I knew that I would learn to do this. Again, this was their telepathy reassuring my concerns.

I looked around the room that I was in, and I saw what appeared to be a bookshelf. I went over to look at what was there. I recognized a book on Mayan Cosmology and teachings of the Solar Races. My caretakers were quite excited at the fact that I actually understood what this was. I said “OH YES”, and opened up the book and explained things to them that they already knew. Yep, it was an embarrassing moment to think that I knew something that they did not. They felt happy, and they seemed to relax now that I knew about something that they did. This knowledge created a bridge between these peaceful beings and myself. They said it was my constant.

Looking back on this part of the dream, I now realize that this is one of the truths that the Star Elders said would pass through shifts of ages. This is one of the truths that I would recognize of course because of my years and years of paying attention to Maya cosmology, and spending so much time in the areas where solar races were anchored (Maya, Inca, Egyptian etc…). The teachings of the Solar Races, and what we might call Mayan Astrology, were my constant. These truths acted as a bridge between the old world that I just left and the new world that I had just arrived in. My constant gave me safe foothold into the new world.

Then without speaking out loud, the ones in this house, my caretakers, shared with me that each person would have their own unique constant. This constant would be a truth that was alive inside of them. It would be the same truth in both worlds . . . the world that they had left and the world that they had just entered. They may not know that they have this truth, but they assured me that everyone does. Most of the time, this constant is something that we take for granted. This constant acts as a landing spot, an anchor and an orientation point for entering this next age. We will each have our orientation point . . . our constant. I noticed once I understood this that I did not feel uncomfortable anymore and that I had an incredible sense of peace . . . present peace. What little memory I retained from the old world was fading very quickly.

Then my mind went to my partner, Raphael, and my loved ones and extended family. Immediately my caretakers told me that we would never be separated, because we had love and a constant truth between us. The sun was fully up by now. It was a new SUN in a new world. I could feel that I was becoming excited by the idea of exploring this new beautiful world that I just entered. I knew I would find my dear Raphael, and the ones I hold so dear in my heart. The house, my landing pad so to speak, was feeling more like a cocoon of which I was emerging, rather than a house. As I headed for the door to embark on my exhilarating new exploration, I woke up.

When I woke up (at least I think I did), I woke up in my own bedroom here in Sedona, Arizona. For a few moments I still did not know where I was, who I was, or how I had gotten there . . . But I I had a deep feeling that I would be okay. But I have to admit, it still felt very, very strange. My little dog Bella jumped up on the bed and gave me a kiss and anchored me. I knew where I was. I was back home.

As soon as I was oriented back in this world, I shared the dream with my partner Raphael. I cannot tell you how incredibly different this dream was from the usual wild stuff I dream about. I wanted to speak it out loud so I would not forget it. It was so lucid that it really felt real. I mean really real. Then I remembered that I had just shared the dream about the shifting, and the green star that I had nearly 20 years earlier. I thought it was synchronistic that I would then dream about the experience of how the new world would actually feel like when we got there.

After a couple days, the dream became clearer to me. I realized that there are no bags to pack, no money or food to hoard, no preparations to be made for the coming shift. The shift will come when we least expect it. It will be upon us without even a nano second to look back at what we are leaving behind. The only thing we take with us is our truth, and the love we hold in our hearts for our brothers and sisters.

So my friends, my advice to you is this . . . Love your family and friends fiercely, and hold passionately to the truth that you have inside of you. And remember . . . when you get to the other side, it is going to be okay, and there is someone there waiting to take care of you. I just hope they still have chocolate

Welcome Back America

The world will indeed watch as Barack Obama is sworn into office on January 20, 2009, and not just because he is the first African American President, but because he represents the return of the American soul. Obama’s rock star charisma animated a wave of hope and electric patriotism the likes of which this nation had not known for years. Under the Bush administration, patriotism morphed into political fear and hostile sentiment against fellow Americans as well as foreign nations, a deliberately devised plan of divide and stay divided that came directly from the Rove camp. But as we leave behind an administration of defined by war, economic collapse, environmental catastrophes, and constitutional abuses, we must ask ourselves if the philosophy of closing the door on endless disasters and innumerable crimes for the sake of moving forward is the wise path. Do we just close our eyes on eight years of war crimes, torture, and a myriad of other constitutional abuses? Or, to put this question another way, are we or are we not a nation governed by law? And, in addition to investigating matters regarding the rule of law, how shall we learn from our past if we decide not to look into our past? As someone who has dealt in matters of healing for more than two decades, I know for a fact that when a human being becomes ill, healing necessitates a thorough investigation into what choices an individual made in the past that caused him or her to fall out of alignment with a core Sacred Contract. Those choices need to be reviewed lest that individual continue to repeat those same patterns because history shows people do continue to repeat the errors from the past unless they consciously learn from their mistakes – ergo, the great adage, “A person who does not learn from the past is destined to repeat it.”

America is many things but it is not a nation with a wisdom tradition – but it needs to become one and soon. It needs to become a wiser nation that is capable of introspective politics with a deep regard for its philosophical and spiritual roots. It needs to return to a respect for high principles and considerations of the generations to follow and not just on behalf of who is going to shoulder the enormous debt created by the carelessness of the Congress and Senate under the Bush administration.

We were founded by philosophers and political mystics, men who held high dreams about what the human spirit deserved in terms of right government. America was born to be an experiment in the rights of the spirit as best as could be incarnated by men who could see the potential if successful for the benefit of all humanity. And certainly they could see their own hypocrisy as slave owners in love with freedom, but it was a beginning, a first step in an era of consciousness that was filled with slaves, serfs, indentured servants, and over-stuffed monarchs. Theirs was a bold choice – a very bold and daring choice – that began a course of democracy that changed the world and came to represent a quality of individual freedom unknown on the entire earth prior to Jefferson scripting the Declaration of Independence and later as so many of these Founding visionaries created the American Bill of Rights. Freedom for these early Americans meant freedom to speak out, to think, to learn, to go where they wanted to go, to practice their religion of choice, to own land and grow their own food, to create their own occupations, and to challenge their government should it fall into moral decay. These are the greatest freedoms in life. These are freedoms worth protecting at all costs. They did not start their America – this America – for the right to invade another nation. In fact, they wanted nothing to do with war unless to defend the nation. Thus invasion was considered against the values of this nation. And invasion for the sake of furthering high end economic lifestyles would have been viewed by these legendary figures as a crime fostered by an imperialist culture, not a rebel state set on a course of individual freedom.

During these past eight years, America strayed from its Sacred Contract, plunging into the abyss of a single-minded shadow vision that has resulted in this nation tumbling into its decline. It’s not that this nation is inexperienced with crises. It’s been through a civil war and a bloody one at that. Most people don’t realize how soon into its creation as a nation that America experienced this violent earthquake of its vision and that had the Civil War succeeded in breaking apart this nation, the great founding vision of democracy would have evaporated from the face of this earth. But America made it through that crisis under the moral and spiritual guidance of Abraham Lincoln, whose spirit held the union together with an almost mystical power of will and determination. He was a man who knew he had a destiny, a man with the soul of a poet, a visionary, and a mystic who was passionately in love with America and its founding vision of democracy.

Many other difficulties followed the Civil War and certainly many sins, such as the way the Americans of the time stole the land of the Native American people. This is not a nation without blood on its own hands. The great irony of America is and always will be its Sacred Contract to set a course for freedom while having been born as a slave nation that continued to enslave so many of its own people well into the 20th century before granting them full civil rights. America is a nation of numerous contradictions, its history of slavery to freedom being among the deepest.

America is no stranger to great wealth or to the sudden loss of it. This nation tumbled into a Great Depression eighty-years-ago. As all Americans know, October, 1929, is noted as the beginning of the Great Depression. The Great Depression woke up the American spirit in that the isolated location of America permitted many Americans to live in the illusion that the problems that plagued the “other” people of the world could not possibly make it across the Atlantic or the Pacific – certainly not a wave of national poverty. But the market did collapse and just like that.

As I teach my students, always look to the archetypal realm for coordinates that give you an indication of what the collective soul of a nation is feeling. Shortly after the stock market crumbled, the social language of the day noted in newspapers and on the radio that America was, “financially crippled”. Crippled – that’s how Americans described themselves in the 1930’s. In keeping with the psychic nature of epidemics, and epidemics tend to emerge out of a traumatized social event or catastrophe, the polio epidemic struck in the 1930’s, crippling children around the country. Indeed, America was now completely crippled, from its tribal chakra through to its spiritual crown.

A president was elected during the 1930’s who also a victim of polio – FDR. He was exactly what the collective soul of America needed, a leader who knew what they were going through in terms of being psychically crippled, and yet he was a man of wisdom and strength. Many Americans were not aware that their president had polio, given the absence of television and snoopy, disrespectful reporters. The few reporters who did know honored his request to keep his condition private was fairly well respected. Toward the end of the 1930’s, it was apparent that America could no longer remain isolated from the climate of war that was brewing around the war. Certainly America was already in a warlike relationship with Japan. But war was also a way to unite a shatter and broken people who had become disconnected from the powerful Sacred Contract of their nation. And a worthy and honorable cause can lift the national pride of a nation and unite its people like nothing else. All Sacred Contracts – yours as well as a nation’s – requires “rebooting”, or constant nourishment from its citizens. A loss of faith in a nation depletes or de-animates a Sacred Contract in the same way that a loss of faith in your life de-animates your own Sacred Contract, resulting in an inability to connect with hope and optimism. A person can tell you to be hopeful and to think positive, but it is impossible to feel hope and to feel positive. That was the psychic climate of America in the 1930’s, with its breadlines and high unemployment.

But then America entered World War II and its golden years began. The Allies were desperate for the weaponry that America could so easily and safely manufacture and manufacture it did: weaponry, planes, tanks, ships, uniforms – twenty-four hours a day. America was alive again and thriving. By the end of the war, America was economically, “back on its feet again”, as all the economists and journalists of the day noted. Not surprising then that by the 1950’s, Jonah Salk discovered the vaccine for polio – America was more than ready to not only shed its epidemic consciousness but make an evolutionary leap in consciousness to the “Self and Wealth” generation.

Enter our generation: We are the “self and wealth” generation. We are the adults and children of Self-awareness literature, rapidly self made and inherited wealth, which is our blessing and our curse. We grew up with more abundance than did our parents and thus we grew up with a sense (cents) of entitlement. We grew up in an America that was on the rise, sky-rocketing on world good will as a result of World War II and abundance like it had never known. There was nothing we could not do or attain or get – absolutely nothing. We could even lasso the moon if we wanted it – and in fact, under President John F. Kennedy, we did just that. Though the possible threat of a nuclear war with the Soviet Union loomed somewhere in the background….that threat was way in the background, drowned out by the sound of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, and the Beach Boys.

Then came the Vietnam War and a first crack in the bubble of post World War II patriotism. From an archetypal perspective, the antiwar protests represented far more than the war protestors, students, and “intellectual liberals” taking to the streets challenging the right of a nation to force its youth to fight in a war. Symbolically the antiwar protests represented a profound shift in the balance of power within the archetypal structure of the nation itself. Warriors go to war when the tribe calls upon them. That’s the code of the tribe. The anti-Vietnam war protestors broke through an archetypal pattern within this nation’s psychic field, one that unfortunately took its toll on the soldiers who fought in that war. Consider that the theme of the 1960’s was the “birth of the Self” and indeed the Self went through birth canals in every possible manifestation: sexual, religious, political, drugs, civil rights, women’s rights, emotional rights. It would make sense from an “archetypal birthing” perspective that the “Self” would also experience a difficult birth through the canal of, “the Self versus the archetype of tribal warfare.”

The 1960’s carried the archetypal theme of birthing the voice of the Self and that voice of the Self made its way through every door and passageway that had previously been controlled by group-thought forms or the social mind. Returning soldiers became the targets of the emerging Self as they represented “blind trust” in a tribal cause, pitted against the awakening of individual consciousness. Thus, the two extremes roles that the anti-war protestor and soldier served, both of whom were archetypal heroes to the birthing of a new era of consciousness, if a person could but see that clearly. Today this same polarity exists only the silent one is the anti-war protestor who has gone into silence lest the protests against the war be viewed as anti-patriotic. The Bush administration successfully managed to make the right to protest antipatriotic, never mind the issue one was protesting. Just protesting alone is sufficient to be declared antipatriotic; thus, blind faith in the government’s policies successfully replaced faith in the principles of the nation under the Bush administration. Clever, that. But even with all the feigned patriotism for the American soldier serving in this accidental war – which is what Bush now calls it – an “oops, if I’d just be given better information, why all those people wouldn’t be dead right now and Iraq wouldn’t be destroyed and American would be broke…but, oh well,” – our soldiers are completely neglected when they arrive home – thanks to the policies of G W Bush. Check out Walter Reed Hospital, for some eye-opening fun facts on how American vets are given care post Iraq…that is, if you have the stomach for these types of facts. Gotta love that dress-up patriot of an almost EX-president who managed never to serve in a real war, right?

Now, I promised you that we would head into positive information but actually I consider all of this positive. I consider any information that I learn something from as positive, especially if it opens my eyes. That Americans only want good news and information that makes them happy speaks about their absence of realism and that’s not the way I write. And it’s not the way I live. So, before we get to the positive consequences of this derailment, we must first review how this happened to us because if we don’t learn from the choices we made, we will make them again and again and again.

If you came to me for a reading because you were in a health or a life crisis, I would immediately review your Sacred Contract and then I would evaluate your physical crisis as all problems begin in the realm of your patterns of power. These first become dysfunctional and those dysfunctional patterns, in turn, supply energy to your mental, emotional, and physical conditions. Based upon the law that the microcosm reflects the macrocosm, this same dynamic holds true, thus the archetypal patterns of the Sacred Contract of America contain patterns of power that reflect the governing purpose of this nation. Let me say immediately that by no means does America’s Sacred Contract position it as a superior nation or one that is incapable of enormous acts of aggression in this world. No Sacred Contract is a document of superiority or privilege. Rather a Sacred Contract is a cosmic pattern of potential and opportunity unique to a person or a nation. How an individual or the people of each nation unfold that Contract depends upon how conscious they choose to be about their lives or their government. A nation can fall into great darkness, as Germany did under Hitler and the Nazi regime, and then exorcize those demons to return to rebuild a nation anew. But evil can possess a nation or a people, it can take hold of a group of individuals and wreck havoc within a country for a period of time, as in Darfur. People are mass murdered and human rights are violated constantly on this planet and we must ask ourselves each day, “What is the reason for becoming conscious if not to become aware of the power of light over darkness, both within ourselves and outside of ourselves?” And then, “What is our responsibility as individuals to respond to the darkness in the collective? If not you, then who? Who should have responded to the Nazis when they came for the Jews? And when the Nazis came for the gypsies and the homosexuals and the intellectuals who challenged the rise of fascism? And when other evil leaders such as Stalin initiated his purges and murdered thirty million of his own countrymen and women – who should have stood against that? Whose responsibility is Darfur? These are not small questions but they are questions that must be reflected upon by every human being who sets his or her foot upon the path of becoming a conscious human being because at some point the reason for becoming conscious ceases to be about you and it becomes about others. You become a conscious person in order to become an agent of profound change for others, not just for yourself. In that choice, you discover the real meaning of your highest potential.

So, back to America and to what is happening to us now and where we go from here. The inauguration of Barack Obama represents far more than the historic swearing in of America’s first African American president. It represents a shift in the compass of power of America as it enters the global era, leaving behind America’s century of wealth and military domination. The days of international cooperation and diplomacy have begun with crises on every front. And in addition to that, we need to rediscover ourselves economically. The days of manufacturing cars and electronic goods and exporting them offer but dim possibilities of high returns.

As we look at the economic future of our country, here we must once again refer to the archetypes of our nation, for what exactly built the economic backbone of this nation and what exactly destroyed it? Listening to the experts blather their way through this situation by demanding huge piles of money with no accountability, I cannot but think, “This is a solution? Isn’t this the type of economic behavior that got us into this mess?” And that’s exactly it – America morphed its creative instincts during the decades of Self and Wealth to produce renegade archetypes that have done far more harm than good. The “financial engineer” and the “legal engineer” archetypes emerged during these past thirty or forty years to earn great status in our country and they have done far more harm than good. Engineering the law in order to out maneuver the law in a nation that has long relied upon the good governance of the law to maintain order is the highest risk to the balance of this republic – but that is exactly what America has done. Among the worst criminals in these actions have been our own Congress and Senate who have allowed the laws of this land to be twisted and even broken in order to serve the paranoia of the Bush administration. And in setting the tone to disregarding the laws from the top down, permission was given to act as a free for all in unrestricted greed as the focus of this government shifted from the interests of the country to the interests of the corporations.

Financial engineering brought down Enron along with other companies and now it has brought down the real estate and banking systems, thanks to subprime mortgages. The Congress and Senate are not filled with that many foolish and stupid people that they did not see this coming; but they are filled with self-serving people who were held hostage by Bush/Cheney fear tactics and the interests of lobbyists. So where does that leave us as we look to rebuild this nation?

Well, I promised you good news, so let’s get to it. If healing is the target, than crisis is the bow and a bow is but the device to transfer energy. America needed to wake up. It needed to break out from the dark spell of fear from the Bush administration and reconnect to the soul of America, a soul that is fundamentally one of service and humanitarian interests. Toward that end, among America’s most powerful archetypes are the Pioneer, the Visionary, and the Entrepreneur. We are standing at a crossroads of history, between eras. We are living at the close of the fossil fuel era and the need to break into the era of energy. Already we are a species whose lines of communication are all energetic. While I was doing a workshop in Santa Domingo last year, I had several conversations with a few businessmen who own the largest wheat plantations in Guatemala and Venezuela. They were in the midst of shifting their wheat fields from growing wheat to raising corn for ethanol, as they felt the future was in alternative fuels. The problem for them was that they were the leading manufacturers of flour for these countries and they owned all the bakeries as well. They could see that their decisions would have major consequences in terms of creating a shortage of food in these countries but they were willing to allow that shortage to happen because of the personal profit they would make. They saw this as a decision essential to the times.

Food shortages have always existed but they are rapidly increasing. Food is something that America has always been good at producing, especially wheat, corn, soy beans, and other grains. Why can’t America pioneer ways to become the ecological breadbasket of the planet? Why can’t America turn to its land and become masterfully productive at finding alternative ways to produce food for exportation? If we can’t produce equipment, why can’t we grow food? Surely there must be ways to utilize the creativity of the land industry that could convert to massive exports. Anything is better than printing dollars and pouring them into black holes with blank-faced experts who have no idea where billions of dollars have gone. Surely Americans are capable of creating ways of responding to the needs of this world rather than becoming dependent and fearful, returning to the days of the Great Depression. The fact that we are on the verge of a new era already says that the inspiration abounds for those who are ready and able to make bold choices. Granted, the majority of us are not farmers, but we do not have to be farmers to think creatively.

America needs to move forward now and not think of returning to the era of “self and wealth”. The American dream needs to be redefined, not as the right to financially engineer one’s way through something, but as the right to create a new livelihood and the obligation to take care of our freedom. And Americans can do this. We can envision this nation as an ecological wonderland, a place where we can create the energetic technology that is needed to feed and fuel the here and now of humanity. We are a people who have “service” in our bones and in our blood. Entrepreneurial enterprises can emerge out of the disintegration of this economy as we release the old, gird our loins, and envision ourselves as “re-energized” in our psyche and souls. These past years have de-energized our spirits. War does that, as does years of living under the politics of fear and being fed endless lies by an administration that decayed in national and international respect years ago. A people need to respect its leadership. In voting in Barack Obama, we voted to return to the Sacred Contract of America because this man represents the rule of law. He is a Professor of Constitutional Law, a man who respects the Bill of Rights and the fundamental principles upon which this nation was built. This election was a turning point for us and many recognized that as we looked upon the two candidates, a former POW whose language was filled with battle cries and wounds versus a man who promised a hope and a new America. We chose well. We chose the spirit of America over the illusion of the power of America. We chose the real power of America. Well done us.

It is my belief that America is at its most fragile time and in that fragility, it holds the potential of a new birth. For all that a new President can bring to a nation, still its recovery is in our hands and in our hearts and spirit. The well being of America is in our hands and it is up to us to reach into our own Sacred Contracts and reach for the soul path of our lives. Go for your how highest potential. If not now, then when? America is in its cocoon waiting to see if it will make it to the stage of a healthy butterfly. So many Americans have the idea, “Oh, America will rise again. America will get back on its feet again.” It’s great to have that type of faith in America but these are different times than those that have gone before and America now needs to take its place as an equal at the world table of leaders and not as the “leader of the free world.” As a result of these past eight years, we have lost the high moral ground we once held and perhaps it’s not a bad thing for this nation to stand on equal footing with the rest of the nations, given that we all share this one planet. In fact, perhaps it’s a great blessing in disguise. We have entered the era of global equality, not global domination. If we learn nothing else from the past eight years of the Bush/Cheney folly, we must learn that invading to get what we want based upon contrived reasons and “misinformation” is itself a moral crime against the people of this nation as well as the rest of the world. And no people should ever tolerate years of being lied to by their own government, much less knowing that they are being lied to on a daily basis and looking the other way and calling that silence “patriotism”.

As Americans, we cannot afford to ever believe again that bad things cannot happen in this nation or that America is protected from ever having a dark or self-serving administration. It is not. We can enter into cycles of darkness and downward economic times – indeed, we are in just such a cycle. Your neighbors can lose their homes and it is possible even for you to lose your job. America and Americans are not protected from the business of life – and somehow we had gotten to the point of entitlement in which we thought we were. We believed that we could even buy whatever we wanted, whether or not we had the money. We had taken the American dream to the level of the American fantasy – no wonder it crashed and burned.

But America’s Sacred Contract remains intact, ever present. And the enthusiasm with which the American people responded to Barack Obama and his message of hope, anti-torture, ending the war, and realism about the fact that we will need to sacrifice to make it through the years ahead but – Yes We Can make it – tells me that the spiritual grace from this nation’s Contract is once again animated and on the mend. Americans should rally in their hearts, even if right now you are going through a time of difficult change. Think of America’s Sacred Contract and reflect upon creating something with the future in mind or being a part of something of service. This is the grace through which we will rebuild this great nation and with this grace, America will indeed be great once again but great in spirit, as it was once envisioned by those who first saw its potential.

Within the building millennium excitement there is a great element of chaos and rising fear manifesting in the hearts of humanity. No doubt the pressure is on. I cannot stress enough when I say that these are the most critical days of this era. All the ancient calendars and the prophecies of diverse ancient traditions are pointing to these days as the time of a great awakening and a time of a great shift. In these last days of this century, humanity is being challenged to make a choice; the choice between the path of love, community and peace, over the path of fear, revolution and survival.

When we walk the path of love, we draw love and harmony to our lives. When we walk the path of fear, we attract drama, revolution, conspiracy and survival issues to us. The creative force of the universe and the Great Creator is an impersonal and nonjudgemental entity and will give us just what we want, expect and most of all, fear. What we prepare for, and what we hold in our hearts, is what the universe will supply! It is a natural universal law. The universe adds support to the realities that we have put into action in our minds and by our action. Spirit moves when we do. This is why in these days, we are challenged to live in perfect impeccability and in the highest truth possible.

We must deeply consider what we are holding true in our hearts. We must consider the totality of our being. What are our main focus and intent? What are we preparing for? What do we believe in and what do we most fear? The answers to these questions will also be our answers to the new reality we are creating for ourselves. If we don’t like the answers, this is the time to change our minds. We are entering a doorway through which what will manifest will be in direct proportion to what we hold in our hearts.

The great dream/hologram is splitting into many paths and focuses. What is most important right now is to anchor the dream you wish to be a part of. If your dream is to live in harmony in peaceful community, you now have the opportunity to apply those dreams! If you are a survivalist you will need the food and tools you have stored, and all those survival skills. If you believe in all the millennium computer bug hysteria, you’ll create that drama.

Focusing your time and energy on negative, dramatic, conspiracy based and survival issues will waste precious time and energy and anchor you deeper in the dream/hologram of fear and you’ll risk experiencing those (armageddon) scenarios. Fear also freezes your connection to spirit and thus your best protection, your intuition. is blocked! The various dream paths are being laid out in front of us. What we choose to involve ourselves in RIGHT NOW is the dream we will find ourselves living very soon. So…. what are you working on, reading about, thinking about, fearing or dreaming about today? Are you preparing for disaster, or preparing for nirvana? I challenge you to ask yourself, why would you want to survive armageddon when you can live in paradise? It is time for YOU to choose.

Walking and living the path of love is not about putting our heads in the sand and going into denial over the problems in the world. Denial is fear, not love. The problems of the world are real ones that need addressing in any way we are capable. The path of love is about seeing the problems and acting from love, compassion and nonjudgement, not from survival or fear. Remember it is not WHAT we do as much as WHY we are doing it. Walking the path of love is about adding our energy to the light. It is a waste of energy to fight the darkness. Buckminster Fuller said “You never change anything by fighting the existing. To change something, build a new model and make the existing obsolete.”

As we enter a new era, old ideas and patterns must die away to make room for the new dream/hologram. Temporary chaos develops when we tear the old down to rebuild anew. It is the natural course of manifesting a new reality. If we wish to enter a new world with ease, we must infuse the idea in our minds that chaos is our friend. Chaos is an indication of a emerging new world.

Walking the path of love is having an impersonal but compassionate focus of the events transpiring in the world. When we are attached to the outcome, we enter the world of drama and conflict. Detached witnessing, and learning to flow with chaos… making chaos our friend….. changes our perspective and makes these events the most outrageous, magnificent shift humanity has ever experienced! If we can feel comfortable with chaos, we can feed off the energy and excel, instead of letting chaos drain us because we are in fear. Just consider it a great game, the spiritual Olympics of which you have been training for lifetimes.

We are living through an unprecedented acceleration of frequencies. What has taken us by surprise is our bodies’ reaction to the changing frequencies. If our bodies are not in alignment with our spirit it will be difficult to sustain an opening of our heart temples. Every time we receive a stepped up vibration, our bodies have to work hard to keep up. The heightened frequencies are literally a shock to our systems. If we do not clear our space of fear, negative egos and clear past emotional trauma, etc., we can create a literal hell for ourselves.

LISTEN TO YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY. You may need to sleep more this time. Give yourself some “down time” to assimilate and integrate. The lists of physical symptoms are common around the globe. Most have emotional sources that we can work on to help ease the symptoms. Why one person may suffer the headaches and another an upset stomach is based on personal unresolved emotions. The list of symptoms are… headaches, sinus trouble and upper respiratory problems, pressure in the heart, Flu-like symptoms but not the flu, blurry vision, ringing in the ears, slight nausea, pain or a dead feeling in the solar plexus area, dizziness or spinning feelings, weird fevers that are not from illness, sharp stomach pains, fatigue, confusion, depression and feelings of emptiness.

If you are having headaches in the forehead and at the base of the skull, work on self-criticism and fear. Kundalini energy is being released from the base of our spines more powerfully than ever before. The kundalini hits blockages and then builds up in the head, neck and shoulders, and creates a headache. The frequencies are also quickly stimulating the pineal and the pituitary glands. This will help us to open up to the energies of Spirit directly.

If you are experiencing blurry vision, keep affirming that you can see clearly, but also remember that what you may be seeing something in a new way in which you have no reference point to understand at this time. Do not fear the future. If you are experiencing ringing in the ears, it may be caused by your body adjusting to the new frequencies, but also you maybe receiving information in a different form that which you have no reference point to understand at this time. Allow and relax and allow the universe to teach you. If you are experiencing dizziness or sudden spinning feelings, you need to work on getting grounded and calm down the noisy mind. Do not procrastinate, and be fearless and do what is in front of you to do.

If you are experiencing upper respiratory problems, affirm that you are safe and it is safe to let yourself be all that you are and most of all remember to BREATHE! If you are experiencing sinus trouble, examine your close relationships and work to harmonize them.

If you are experiencing pressure in the heart, this is caused by an unconscious decision to close the heart in an attempt to be safe. This unfortunately has the exact opposite effect. The only way we can protect our heart is to OPEN it. When you are radiating outward, nothing negative can get in.

If you are having flu-like symptoms, weird fevers, nausea, what you are actually experiencing is a process of purification. The body is cleansing itself of the blocks that stand in the way of the higher energies, but also work on psychic self-protection, because you may be absorbing up too much energy. Keep affirming that you are safe and let go of fear. If you are experiencing sharp stomach pain, or a dead feeling in the solar plexus area, look at unresolved issues from the past. Pay attention to any unresolved anger. The solar plexus is where we shove everything we do not want to deal with in the moment. A great deal of energy is working its way through your body. When it hits blockages created from resistance to our issues, it causes pain.

Are you experiencing fatigue, depression or are having feelings of emptiness? These symptoms are caused by suppressing our feelings. Suppression creates depression. Depression also comes from suppressing your souls work. The fatigue and depressions will disappear when you begin to do what you came here to do. It may be time to change your lifestyle and quit imitating those you admire and BE YOURSELF.

If you are experiencing confusion, stop asking for outside advise. Learn to tune into the temple of the heart within and listen to your own wisdom. Turn off the TV, radio, and toss the newspaper. You are not protecting yourself by staying informed of what is happening in the world through mass media. Mass media plugs us into fear-based programming and block us from spirits calling!

If you are experiencing radical shifts in mood, remember that you are releasing many levels of memory that have been held in the cells of your body. This is a natural part of the acceleration. We can no longer avoid any old or current emotions. The greatest service we can be to ourselves is to allow ourselves to feel whatever is coming up. Avoid going to doctors for drugs that will numb your feelings. You will be delaying what you will eventually have to do anyway. If it gets to be more than you can handle, get some advice from someone who can help you release these energies.

It is time to take total responsibility for ourselves. It is time for us to choose the reality we wish to experience. We need to remember that WE ARE THIS POWERFUL! It is time to OPEN THE HEART TEMPLE and LISTEN TO OUR INNER WISDOM. It is possible to create Heaven on Earth.
